BISE Lahore is the largest board in Punjab by candidate count, and its 1st year gazette is the most downloaded result file on this site every October. It examines Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib, and the sheer number of intermediate candidates in those four districts is also why the official portal is the first one to slow down at 10:00 AM. A downloaded PDF does not queue and does not time out. The board result SMS code is 800291.

Inside the PDF you will find roll numbers in ascending order, the candidate and father name against each one, the marks scored in every HSSC Part 1 subject, and the Part 1 total. Papers carried as reappear, absent cases and results held for scrutiny are printed against their own roll numbers, and the grade column appears where the board prints one at Part 1 stage.

Finding your marks takes seconds. Open the PDF, start the search tool - Ctrl+F on a desktop, the magnifying glass in your mobile PDF app - type the roll number exactly as printed on your admit card and press Enter. Searching by candidate name works too if the roll number slip has gone missing.

Other ways to check the Lahore Board 11th Class Result 2026:

• Online: open the official BISE Lahore result portal and enter your roll number for HSSC Part I Annual 2026
• By SMS: send your roll number to 800291 and the board will reply with your marks
• By gazette: download the PDF on this page and search your roll number

Treat the 1st year marks as money in the bank rather than a finished chapter. BISE Lahore keeps your HSSC Part 1 score on record and adds it to next year's Part 2 marks to make the complete HSSC total that university merit lists, MDCAT and engineering admissions and IBCC equivalence all read, so a weak Part 1 is worth lifting while there is still time. Candidates who could not clear a paper may sit the supplementary examination announced after the annual result, anyone wanting a better score can offer papers for improvement in a later annual examination, and rechecking applications must reach BISE Lahore before the deadline printed in the result notification.
